Hi My fiancé and I would like to draw up and submit an antenuptial contract without accrual before our wedding date ( 10 October ) Can you please provide the details of any documents you would require from us, your fees and what would the process/ timeline look like in order for everything to be lodged in time.
In the middle of the dispute with a bank. I refer to your email below and note its contents. Your email does not address any of the specific points raised in my written response and formal dispute dated 13 July , including my request for clarification on the April restructure of my account, the discrepancies I identified between your client's own documents, and the formal dispute I raised in terms of section 74(3) of the National Credit Act 34 of . I require a substantive, point-by-point response to that letter before any proposal or repayment arrangement can be meaningfully discussed. I do not accept your client's request for 50% of the outstanding balance upfront. I have formally disputed the validity of a material portion of the balance claimed, and that dispute remains unresolved. I am not in a position to make any payment against a balance I cannot yet verify, and making such a payment should not be treated as any form of acceptance of the amounts claimed. I confirm that I have lodged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator and a formal complaint with the National Financial Ombud Scheme in relation to this matter, both of which are now pending. I would ask that your client refrain from proceeding with legal action while these processes, and the dispute raised in terms of section (1)(a) of the National Credit Act in my letter of 13 July , remain unresolved. Regarding the FASTBuy option or voluntary surrender of the vehicle, I am not in a position to make any decision on the disposal of the vehicle while the underlying balance remains disputed, and I do not consider this an appropriate substitute for a substantive response to my letter. I note your comment that your client attempted to contact me telephonically. I would ask that all further correspondence in this matter be conducted in writing, by email, so that there is an accurate record for both parties. I look forward to receiving your client's substantive response to my letter of 13 July .
I need to send a letter lawyer's letter of demand for monies owed to me. I had already drafted one which I sent but the respondent has not responded. I have compiled all the necessary documents relating to the matter. I can give a brief chronology of events to assist. On the 11th June, the debtor requested assistance with a loan of R.00. They promised to repay on 30 June amount of R.00 but a day before the deadline requested an extension from me which was denied. After a few days without repayment, I then began to message them on WhatsApp as well as call them but all my attempts to communicate were ignored. I subsequently sent them a letter of demand on 9 July, not having received any response giving them three days in which to remedy the situation. I have still not had a response.
This is in connection with my late mother's estate. She died in Johannesburg buried in Johannesburg, lived and worked in Johannesburg. However her estate was registered in Mafikeng without me as one of her offspring. Can her files be brought to Durban since I live in Durban. The estate is run by my nephew. No will has been shown or read to us.

I have tried Pro Bono organizations, UKZN Law Clinic etc. Their response is that my response is beyond their scope and mandate.
Yes, it is. I have been in South Africa for 25 years holding an asylum seeker temporary permit. I participated in all refugee appeal hearing for almost 5 to 6 times. The last appearance was in March the 2nd, and given a paper for collection of the final decision with reference no. /08 decision. Arrived at Maraba Stad Refugees Reception Office. They refused to print out the decision. Could you, kindly assist in this matter?
I have a dispute with my neighbour, currently being handled by the CSOS, due to a defective balcony which was caused by poor workmanship and a result it is causing mould when it rains on the walls of the neighbour below. I am being forced to fix the damage and I feel it is not fair, as I am not the one who built the complex, the complex was built about 9 years ago. The body corporate has advised that I should fix it.
I am legal foreign national and I worked for a company for more than 6 consecutive years on three different contracts and on my last contract the company refused to renew my contract saying that I must bring a SA ID for my contract to be renewed.
