There’s a dispute between my Mother who has gone to child welfare to take over custody of my son, on the basis that I am unemployed. Now, as someone who is on the system of the welfare with my first born… I have since got my life together and am heading on almost 2 years sober in May. I am the only person who has been and raised him since the day he was born and he’s always been happy healthy, fed, gone to all his doctors appointments etc. ive since moved in since October and it’s has been the absolute worst decision of my life, There was a fallout two weeks ago on a Friday and they kidnapped my son and drove away with him until I had left the house, despite almost having to go to hospital that night for a mental and anxious breakdown due to their actions I still went to the police station and was escorted to colllect the child. I was not allowed in the house during their conversation and eventually the police had said they cannot allow me to take the child. My right as his legal guardian were taken from me based on a total nonsense story given to the police. The following day I had called and apologised and begged to come home to my children and was told to wait until they had been the Child Welfare the following Monday. I was constantly in contact to find out when I could come be with my babies and eventually they said I could come home provided a did a drug test, which I did, all of which was negative. Ive been left in the dark completely as to what’s going on, nobody from the Welcare has contacted me and even when I suggested to go with my family on the day they went due to me wanting to hear the allogations so I knew where to either take responsibility and work on myself or defend myself in the case of them saying whatever needed to be said regardless of whether it was true or not to take custody from me. I am a wonderful Mother and my children love me more than life, my mother has only been involved in this child’s life since October last year he’s now 16 months. Shes not even know him half of his life and she is trying g to play some sort of superhero when nobody needs to be saved?? I will fight to the death for this, because yes I deserved this when the welfare got involved with my daughter because I was indeed on drugs and living on the streets but that version of me died 2 years ago and I will not let the person they knew me as back then dictate who I am now. I am not the same person, she died 2 years ago!!! Please I don’t know where to turn or what my next step is even, if I could just get some guidance on who to turn to as my legal representative then I know how to take the next step Ps. There was also an absolutely ridiculous o tract I was made to sign prior to be being allowed back with my child who is STILL in my custody on certain terms I have not one bit of agreement with, but was made to sign as blackmail to be with my kids! It was signed u set duress, and is being held around my neck like a death sentence. Please help.
I am looking for legal assistance regarding my divorce, which has been pending since it was filed in . A maintenance Rule 43 was filed by my attorneys at that time, but my ex-spouse has only made a few payments in and has not paid since. I have all the necessary documentation for both the divorce and Rule 43. I require a lawyer to help finalize the divorce, enforce Rule 43, and recover the overdue child support. I have a unfair labour dispute with my ex employee because he failed to re employ me after the retrenchment and we had an agreement it was the employer the union and the bargaining council. So during the retrenchment consultation we were served with retrenchment notices that stipulated that after 3 months we will be re employ and the first workers that were dismissed with retrenchment will be given first preference and those of end of contract that were project based will also be called afterwards. Indeed people were called to come back to work and I was excluded because we had dispute in past and I sent them to CCMA so they excluded me as a way of unfair retaliation to spite me because we do not have good working relationship. Then launched the dispute of unfair labour practice section at ccma. After few days the employer called me to say that they are offering me payment R 12 to drop a case against the company. The offer or settlement state that they pay in order for me to drop cases and find another job it means they are dismissing me in other way so I refused the offer and escalated the matter to the MEIBC for consultation and arbitration. So I'm still waiting for the date to be set .below I have attached the prove of re employment agreement and sms's about R payment offer to drop case and find another job.

Is the second time my brother is in prison for domestic violence the first time het get 2 years outside but the 2years is not finish so he and his wife was fighting again and she when to the police and open a case again so now he is in jail but he was the only one working for my mom and his kids now there is no income for my mom and his kids
Well, I had agreed to give my wife the house...but seeing what she is doing now, I want to withdraw that and by now I believe the decree of Divorce might have been obtained. The court asked her to go back to court on the 2nd of April. Which is very soon. How can we remedy that? I only agreed to give her the house as we were running away from the people that can be taking my company to court and we end up losing the property. But now she is not sleeping at home, she doesn't want to sleep with me anymore, she come home drunk on weekends...she totally changed.

Me and my husband has been together for 10 years and 5 years marriage (out of community of property). He also had drink alcohol but not that bad. About 3 years ago it started to get out of control. Since October it was at its peak. He was responsible to pay for rent and half petrol and food and I paid the rest. I am currently under debt review because of my husband. He lost his job beginning of April and was send to rehab in May . The medical aid paid for the first month and I had to pay for the 2nd month. So since last year April I had to pay for everything, the rent, rehab, food, electricity, his medical aid, his medical expenses, clothes and everything else he needed and had to sustain the household by myself. We do not have kids but have 2 cats which are my fur babies. He started a new job a month ago but for the last few months he had started with substance abuse. He drinks on weekends at least 6 to 8 sleeping tablets a day. I want to know if there is also a possibility to ask for a monthly amount so that I can have a place on my own. Because of him I only receive -+R out to pay for everything. And he made it clear he is not gonna stop abusing the medication. So I really need asssitance of there is a possibility so that he can be responsible for monthly payments.
