My roof has concrete tiles and I have a major issue in one section of the house as I have water pouring through the light fitting and pooling of water in the center of the ceiling panel (same room). My client's house needs to be renovated in the following areas: 1. There is a crack on the wall where the previous addition was done 2. The house has wooden floors that have been damaged by wood borers 3. The swimming pool needs to be revamped 4. Some roof tiles damaged and need to be replaced. This has also affected the ceiling in the bathroom below - water damaged ceiling. 5. There is a wooden deck next to the lounge that needs to be refreshed 6. The yard needs to be cleaned, mounds of soil / building sand removed and repair to the tared area below.
We have a system but have done alterations. We need to add more cameras or reinstall cameras moved in the build please. It is a Dahua system - analog. The DVR is fairly new. I have 2x new cameras (bullet and dome) - 2MP compatible with the face recognition and true colour. The others are all older 2MP cameras. I made plans for the builders to put conduiting in for the cameras. Wires would need to be pulled through to the main house (4 cameras). May need a 4-in-1 converter if that makes more sense. That is the main job. We do require other cameras moved and some serviced. You will probably need additional images for a quote or need a site visit.

Require 3 built-in shelves on either side of TV wall. To exclude the installation of the fireplace which will be completed by the supplier. 1) Acute problem: Fell a 10m pine blown over and leaning on adjacent tree - recent storm. May fall to ground in next storm! 2) Fell or trim a thorn tree leaning on perimeter Vibracrete wall. Not urgent - has been leaning on the wall for a few years but will eventually crush it. Tree rigging may be required. I can do the limbing and bucking. Just fell the trees onto my property!

Moth flies have unfortunately started breeding in our bathroom. Also moisture and paint has begun to bubble in the passage and bedroom wall. I need to remove the cladding and tiles on our shower walls and waterproof the walls. After waterproofing and sealing the wall, we need to add aesthetics. Will share finishing and design I’m thinking of.
