I had a tenant who stopped paying rent. I obtained the services of a Law firm with the first goal of getting the tenant to vacate the premises. After over two years and acknowledging his debt in writing he left and disappeared. The Law firm wants to charge me more money to get a court order. I would like to explore my options.
