The construction project involves a full bathroom renovation and reconfiguration from the ground up. The existing bathroom layout will be completely altered, with all current fittings, fixtures, and finishes removed. The project includes repositioning the bathroom layout, meaning the shower, toilet, basin, and other sanitary ware will be moved to new locations to create a more modern, functional, and visually appealing space. None of the existing placements will remain the same. The renovation will also include: New plumbing and drainage adjustments to support the new layout Complete electrical rewiring, including new lighting points Installation of a new ceiling with updated finishes and lighting New floor and wall finishes (tiling or other modern materials) Installation of modern bathroom fixtures and fittings Overall aesthetic revamp to ensure the bathroom looks entirely different from its original design The goal of the project is to transform the bathroom into a fully modernised space, with a fresh layout, improved functionality, and a completely new look and feel.
I need to tile my house and remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Batroom (+-6m2) needs new bath, toilet, basin, mixers and shower with tiles on walls and floors. Shower needs to be made bigger. The kitchen (21m2) needs to be retiled. The cupboards can be reused because it is still in good condition, however, I need them raised off the floor. New counter tops are required. All appliances must have built in spaces. We need a new double basin and mixer. Bedrooms will have either new laminated flooring or tiles and the passage, lounge and dining room needs to be tiled.
Flatlet underneath outside patio has dampness on wall and part of concrete roof. An outside staircase (ground to top of patio entrance to main house) runs against part of the flatlet wall where dampness appears on the flatlet wall. This stair case needs to be opened up (hollowed out), waterproofing done and the staircase rebuilt.
The house had an attemp of renovation, but the pans were made improperly. Need to make the front of the house bigger, but the electric board (DV Board) would need to be moved as well. Because it's located in an awkward spot due to previous people living here With the expansion, the bathroom would also need to be bigger. I have attached the previous plans made by the last owner of the property
Remove existing mm basin +/- mm to right. Remove around 6 sq.m tiles, waterproof a section for x shower cubicle excavate floor and wall for plumbing. Can tie into existing plumbing. Bathroom - 3.74 sqm - new bath, toilet, handbasin, in bath shower, wall tiles/paint, floor tiles Kitchen - 7.5 sqm - remove non load bearing wall to enable new kitchen "island" counter, new built in cupboards. New floor tiling in kitchen - 7.5 sqm, hall - 2.4 sqm, lounge - 18.4 sqm Attached is the full extent of alterations I would like.
The roofing on the house and flatlet has to be completely redone and the walls on the inside and outside has to be redone as it has water damage. The water and electricity has to be redone in the main house and in the flatlet all the kitchen cupboards has to be redone and replaced aswell as all the sinks in the house and flatlet.

A 3 room precast (morden) house with tiles, 2 separate bathrooms (bove and toilet), big space for the kitchen, big circular bulbs. On walls I'd like White and Grey, for the doors Dark brown. Cardboards done in the kitchen. Outside after the dinning room there should be a varande with smooth tiles (Grey colour) and short steps ahead. Morden designed windows .
