I want to build on top of a 66sqm(11 x 6m) existing house. It's a single block house/non cavity. Built with x mm blocks.It's a flat roof with roof beams mm apart from each other.Foundation is x mm deep. I planned it, the building in to be taken further as a double storey in future.
