He was willing to go out of his way to assist when they installed the gate and it was incorrect.

Yes, I didn't get what I originally requested and even now, the gate hasn't been installed properly and there are still rooms that need to be done to complete the installation. Missing plastic proppies that go into the holes in the gate, a bolt holding the top of the gate to the wall is only screwed in halfway and the bottom track hasn't been secured sufficiently - the two ends are not bolted into the ground making it easy to pull the gate out. Also with all this, the gate doesn't seem to be strong enough.....
