I was employed and signed a offer letter of R28 . And then later given a contract with R30 . Then company paid me R28 for 15 months. I raised this with Exco members, HR and head of legal. I was dismissed on 09 May and reinstated on 22 May but no reinstatement letter was issued to me. I was issued a writen warning. I asked hr to appeal and there was never a response. I filed a grevience and later was xalled for a DE. I was dismissed last week
Repair the entire leaking roof, repair peeling off paint, cleaning of gutters and repairs on down pipes at FRASERBURG MAGISTRATES COURT. Use SABS approve roof sealer and membrane to seal the areas that need to be sealed. Get into roof spaces to check for unforeseen damages and attend tothem. Leave everything in a good working condition and leave the site neat and clean.
Estimate quotation to carefully break and remove the existing concrete surface around the affected drainage area, excavate and dig open the trench to expose the existing underground mm drain pipe, disconnect and remove the existing pipe from its current location and relocate the drain line to the new required position. Supply and install new mm PVC drain pipe and necessary fittings, including bends, junctions and couplers where required, and ensure the new drain installation is completed with the correct levels and gradient to allow proper water flow and drainage. Upon completion of the pipe installation, test the drain line for leaks and proper flow, backfill the trench with suitable material and compact the area to prevent future ground settlement. Thereafter, supply all concrete material required and repair/re-cast the broken concrete surface to match the existing surrounding area as close as possible. The work also includes cleaning the entire work area, loading and removing all excavated soil, broken concrete, old pipe material and building rubble from site to an approved dumping site, leaving the site neat and tidy upon completion
require new metal roof for m2 townhouse in Brooklyn Cape Town. Main house has slightly sloped roof and needs corrugated metal plus insulation. Front Car port and enclosed backyard needs IBS or something like that... I don't know the name but its like square shaped (part metal part see though plastic). I hope this makes sense.
