Hi Guys...i have secured an estate property in Kabeljouws for my clients that will involve altering approx 10 - 12 garages into double, en-suited bedrooms, bedroom doors altering so that each bedroom has a double sided lock facility, lounges changed from a large lounge into another bedroom (only 2 properties out of the 3), but repainting will NOT be required, as we have already employed a painting/decorating service on another property, to complete the touch-ups in these.
