Good afternoon We live in a complex . Protea gardens Howick. We have been given the go-ahead for a double carport that would be from where the garage is leading over the front door . 1)Sika Cemflex reinforced waterproofing on 'Cemflex' membrane or simmilar approved applied in strict accordance with manufacturers details including waste (35m2) 2) One layer of DERBIGUM SP 4mm fully sealed to deck by torch on fusion or coldbond 90 ADHESIVE SPREAD at the rate of 1-3sqm per Litre depending on absorption of the surface. Side laps at 75mm and end laps at mm sealed together by torch on fusion. Vertical and horizontal turns should be fused to the primed surfaces; angles; outlets fillets and flat edges. All as recommended by DERBIGUM (m2) 3)Two coats of co polymer or bituminous aluminium paint (m2)
Need space to house a caravan and a trailer (approx. 6 x 7m with a minimum height of 2.7m). I want the carport to double as a garage, i.e. closed sides and roll-up doors, and also a pedestrian entrance door. The area needs to be deforested, levelled and paved, you may include this in your quote or I could source an alternative provider for this.

Hydrowash/ Grind (where appropriate) apply waterproofing slurry skim /Acrylic waterproof patching as appropriate Check and re-paint any open fillet joints with a waterproofed mortar Remove and patch any peeling paint Remove any unsuitable fillers /damaged plasterwork and repair with waterproof mortar slurry matching plaster texture. Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout. Apply 1 coat siloxane sealer to balcony tiles & grout work Prime all plaster repairs 1 coat High Impact Polystyrene Plaster Primer Scrape where necessary, seal, prime and patch exterior pipe work. Seal all previously painted surfaces with acrylic bonding sealer Apply 1 coat Acrylic 1 st Coat where necessary to level repairs. Apply 2 finishing coats of Vinyl Silk in a colour scheme of choice. Apply 1 coat of Bright White Ceiling Acrylic to any porch/ patio ceilings and cornice work
Two carports. The first one is about 7.4m W x 6mL. One side (6mL) will be fixed against a wall and the other side on poles. No middle pole on the 7.4 m width side. That side is the entry side for the vehicles. Second one. 6mL x3m W. 6m side fixed against a wall. no poles on the other side. Lots of wind and close to the sea. Must be rust-resistant.
1). Painting of Walls (internal) - undercoat and 2 coats at m2. 2). Painting of soffit (already with rhinolite plaster) 1 coat at 54m2. 3). Painting of ceiling board at 39.5m2 4). Painting of x3 new timber doors and frames with varnish (1 coat) 5). Painting of new double garage size timber door with varnish (1 coat)
Require a carport for two cars, one behind the other, down the side of the house. To protect cars from falling pine tree leaves and other leaves that get blown down 3m wide gap from the house wall to the side wall. Not bothered if wood or metal however metals needs to be galvanized due to area. to be installed in Sedgefield. You can contact me via Whatsapp. Thank you
I'm looking for a shaded carport for 2 vehicles with a possible second one (also 2 vehicles). The first will be located in front of a double garage and the second to be determined. The carport will be standalone unless otherwise advised. The current space available for the first is about the length of two VW polo (Hatch), not sure about the length meter-wise.
