We have a 42 sqm granny flat as part of the existing house. There is currently two bedrooms in the flatlet, we require a 3 - 5 meter interior wall, that separates the one bedroom and living room to be demolished to make the kitchenette and living space larger. The one window in the new kitchenette will have to be reduced in size. We then want the necessary plumbing and electrical lines to be moved to the new kitchenette. Flooring, and or kitchen cupboards to be included, but quoted separately if possible. Attached is part of the plans of the building and a render of what we foresee the space to look like.

Wish to increase width by approx. cms on front door side. Remove wall, replicate curved top to opening, plaster and level floor where wall used to be.

Very old farm house. It had wood floor. I need a concrete floor. All plumbing, electricity, and roof plan needs to be done afresh. I need it quary roof tiled. All kitchen and two bathrooms are concrete floored and need to be retiled. This house is more than years old. It needs to be assessed if not worth rebuilt from scratch.
My project includes repurposing current garage into main bedroom with ensuit, breaking down current main bedroom and combine with current kitchen and lounge. Integration of outside entertainment area with main house with stacking doors and elevate to main house level. Building boundary wall, build fire place, laundry area. Project includes wiring, plumbing, carpentry (main bedroom cupboards and new kitchen cupboards) removal of stump tree, Plans available
We live in a complex. The bathroom door frame is rusting and needs refurbishment. What may be costly though is that the frame is a junction frame. There is a room with door frame aligned next to the bathroom frame. This job may need cutting into cement and brick as it's a metal frame. This then effects the tiling as well. The rust may be deep and a patchwork job may not work. Many thanks
I’m not sure how to explain it, but I want to renovate my grandmother’s house. It was originally a four-room township house and was extended in . My goal is to improve its functionality and flow by making the kitchen and lounge open plan, fixing the roof, and demolishing the en-suite in the main bedroom. The hallway layout doesn’t make sense, so I’d like to rework it, as well as completely redo the main bathroom. Additionally, I need to address structural issues like the leaking roof, flatten the plaster for a smoother finish, install a stacking door in the lounge, and add a new window in the main bedroom. I also want to replace all windows and doors—both inside and outside—to give the house a cleaner, more modern look. Overall, I just want to make the house neater, more practical, and improve its overall flow.
Take down tiling, build a wall (to close the shower), break the shower walls, build shelves, move the drainage and bath, add new shower, new vanity, new tiling, possibly new flooring. One wall has wardrobe cupboards that need to be removed. New cabinets to be built into the en suite bedroom. Attached plan is not necessarily to scale.
