Dear Andre Your contact details have been forwarded to me by Gavin Redfern of the Bowls Section of WPCC In July this year, Pinelands Methodist Church (PMC), which is the oldest Christian Church in Pinelands, celebrates years of service to the Pinelands community. My wife and I are members of PMC and as part of the celebrations I have been tasked with investigating the feasibility of holding a Centenary Celebration Gala Dinner in May. May month is in the Methodist calendar designated Mission Outreach Month and the idea is to designate the dinner both a celebration and one where profits arising from the dinner will go to Methodist Church outreach projects in the Cape Town and the Western Cape. We are looking to sell 20 tables of 8 thereby targeting some persons. The dinner will be held at the Common Ground premises on the corner of Milner and Park Roads. This rather long introduction brings me to reason for my email which is to request you too provide a quotation for a buffet dinner consisting of a meat and vegetarian mail course with vegetables with 2 desserts to follow. Given that all proceeds will go to charity we are looking for both reasonable quality and perhaps importantly a competitive price.
