I'd like to get an idea of what it will cost to implement the plans at the property once we move in, in June. We are first time home owners and need to get quotes to build our house. The ERF is in Village on sea (Estate in Mossel Bay). We would like the house to have an industrial finish inside with 50% of the walls plastered and painted,25% just plastered and sealed and the other 25% exposed brick(Bagging). The doors and windows we would like to be Charcoal Aluminum. Wooden Front door and White doors inside. The outside we would like to be plastered and painted and the natural stone work indicated on the plan we would like to be just exposed brick. The roof needs to have gutters to comply with the estates rules.
