I have never received any communication from the body cooperates or managing body. I tried to buy electricity only to find out R was adding on the meter box, when a call the ideal meter they couldn't tell what it was for they said I must ask the BC, have tried numerous times with no help. Is this legal as now I can't buy electricity without stretching my budget only to be given a token of 10units. I have already sent a complaint to CSOS. I can't even pay the levies as I am busy with an amount I have no idea where it comes from. One of the trustee is a bully who thinks he is better than everyone and he definitely did this deliberately as we don't see eye to eye. No proper channels were taken. How can I be able to manage this situation? Thank you
My rights was violated by FNB a employee of FNB wrote to their legal department that my wife an I need a wills and consent that is untrue as I ghave s feeling my son is the main person of interest here I have all the evidence however FNB refuse to acknowledge be I have reason to believe they are protecting someone. Are you on the FNB panel and or do you do work for fnbpleess advise if not when can I get a consultation
I'm in debt review. I had eight accounts that I was paying for but I have managed to pay up six and am left with two to still pay. I can now afford to go back to the original repayment amounts on the outstanding two. So, I need rescission of the court order for the debt review. I need a lawyer to help me with the rescission.

I have a case against my x employer that i worked for. The case is with the bargaing council since .i have attended 4 arbitration hearing the last one was the 24 feb . The 5th hearing which is for a demarcation hearing which the company applied for in june 21 . With the 4 th hearing the commissioner informed me that he will give his result once the demarcation hearing has finalised. I have been in contact.with the agent at bargaining council regard the demarcation hearing and i get told they still waiting for a date. I am situated in kimberley. I know i have a winning case. The case is for unfair labour practice.

I was brought feom JHB to here with contract. I was promised a removal and commission and permanent employment after 3 months. I was offeredaccomodation that would be taken off my pay. I have now been given notice due to non payment of the house. I have not received the commission and no permanent contract. Just for some context, my parents have been through ongoing litigation since . My mom has been trying to get a divorce due to my father’s domestic abuse. My father agreed to pay my varsity fees at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and now he’s been financially abusing with me with it. He keeps threatening me with it. My father and I fell out a few days ago because I refused to stay with him after my knee operation and now he’s suing my mom for 40% of my university fees. She can’t afford it and he knows it. I don’t want to have to drop out. I’d like to bring a rule 43 against him.
I have an accident claim thats currently pending,the person that smashed into my car is not taking responsibility of paying for the damages. The insurance claim requires a R excess fee to repair and also a case was opened immediately after the incident happened. It's been over a week now with no developments on fixing our car
The primary reason cited for my dismissal was the alleged absence of a document authorising my access to the clocking system. However, I did successfully clock in using the managerial clocking station, which clearly demonstrates that the authorising document did in fact exist and had been processed accordingly, as access to the system would not have been granted otherwise. Despite this, the commissioner overseeing the matter made intentional misrepresentations and failed to give due consideration to this crucial piece of evidence. These misrepresentations directly influenced the outcome of the proceedings and formed the basis upon which the commissioner upheld my dismissal. It is my considered view that the commissioner’s conduct displayed a clear bias and a disregard for material facts, thereby compromising the fairness and integrity of the proceedings.
