We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. I also need each room to have small kitchen area, place to sleep, and toilet with shower.
