I want to extend my 3 bedrooms and main bathroom, build a new ensuite onto the main bedroom - I need smart advice. This might mean a new roof pitch but I need input here. I need the bedrooms furnished, there are eight in total. Along with that I need the living room, bar area, home office, gym and outdoor spaces furnished. Three rooms in the home need tiling some have wooden floors and carpet and I want this changed. The paint in the kitchen is peeling on a small area and needs to be fixed. One of the bedrooms needs a new Bathtub as the existing one doesn't meet my needs. The doors in the living room and bar room offer no privacy and I want these replaced for doors that offer more privacy. Finally I need the large window in the kitchen area to be dimmed or frosted, it is see through and neighbors can see us from the outside. One more thing, I want to replace the living room chandelier with a different one, I'm not liking the style of the one we found in the house.

Dear Sir, Madam We will be buying a 50 year old house in Mossel Bay that has to be renovated/modernized. 2n ew kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, bigger windows, new balcony, new floors. Also 2 flatlets and single garage. I have the current plans. The exterior look of the house must be modernised. Please inform what it costs to redraw the plans, costs of new plans with kitchen and flatlets together with the fees/municipal charges, ect. I have just become the owner of a square metre apartment with no furnishings. The supplies have been withdrawn. But here are some photos to give you an idea. I'd like some recommendations for decorating the walls with different types of mirrors, the idea being that the apartment should be bright.
