Good Day. I am in the market for an EV charging station. As a we have been asked about charging stations for various vehicles and sizes. We don't have much space but could possibly make a plan with a dedicated area for a Wall mounted unit. One unit with two charging ports. Also would the unit be able to scale up and also be compatible for solar power use if one had to go green. I would appreciate of all info you could send me. Kind regards
Opened a case with CCMA. Employer refuses my 2 weeks resignation notice and demands I give 2 months notice. I took a "copy" of my contract that was lying out in the open at work for anyone to see ,now they openwd a case of theft against me. They also threatened and intimidated me. They also approached my new employer which tarnishes my professional reputation. They also sent out a notice to all clients stating that I stole from them ,which also harms my professional reputation.
I need an additional room of about 25 -30square metres either attached to the house or to the garage which is built separately from the house. I am considering the space next tovthe garage where the swing is or in front of the house. See attached photos. The original plans were not provided when we bought rhe property and cannot be located at the municipal offices.
I'm thinking of buying a property that needs a kitchen upgrade. Currently, there is a sink installed, but that's about it, so there is no need to bash anything down or do any demo. What i want installed is, cupboards and counters along the far wall, modern sink in the centre. and plumbing for a dishwasher. To the right, against the wall, i would like a full height pantry cupboard. (pantry cupboard) and a washer dryer cupboard (stacked) as well as sppace for the fridge and maybe microwave. In from of this space , I would like a large island, with a gas cooker and oven in the centre. i really like the brick arch as a feature but am oppen to closing it up in order to get more cupboards in. I want clean lines, im thinking post form counter tops and wrap cupboards. I mostly just need cupboard and plumbing installation more than a full renovation.
Need to move on Friday, 1st of May. Movers need to be here by 11am as we need to be vacated before 12. 2 Queen beds, 3 person sized couch, 3 small single seated couches, 1 desk, 1 desk chair, 8 boxes, 1 small fridge, 1 washing machine, rolled up carpet, 2 small statues, 1 outside table with a few stackable chairs. 1 round medium ottoman. This is roughly everything. Moving from Strelitzia to Westlake eco which is only about a 10 minute drive.
Hi! My kitchen sink has been taking longer and longer to completely empty, it is missing the little silver drain bit, so it’s just a hole and I’m afraid a teabag or several teabags or something might be stuck. This last week it’s just gotten much slower, I’ve tried draining chemicals and the baking soda and vinegar, obviously a few days from each other and nothing is working. I’ve taken apart what I could underneath the sink, but the main pipes are all glued together, so I could only take out the U-shaped piece. Essentially, I would need to have those pipes snaked I guess? Maybe redoing the kitchen sink plumbing

In our sun room three polycarbonate sheets need to be replace. Two sheets approx. 4 meters long and one sheet approx. 5 meters long. Owing to the gale force winds on Friday last week the sheets were damaged. On acceptance of a quote the contractor needs to measure the sheets on site before replacement.
