Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. Please also let us know if you could quote on this? Thanks so much,
