I am looking for the 2bedroom house to be furnished. It's in New State area Springs in Esda Retirement Village. I am planning on moving into a 2 bedroom house soon. I have an existing house with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen and one Bathroom. I have recently bought another house and would like to put this one on Air BNB but my concern is that the rooms are very small and it’s design is not suitable for Air BNB with all rooms sharing one bathroom. Therefore l would like to extend the house and possibly add Rooms to be Four all en-suites. The back yard is also big enough to make 3 more ensuits and would like to do them. I would then need someone who can refine the design so that it can match the standards of a good Air BNB.
Office revamp. We want a nautical theme given the nature of our business and effective utilization of space etc. and interior design services. I am based in Durban, but the business that needs the interior design is located in Fourways. I will be in Fourways the middle of February, we can set up meetings then. It is not just simple painting that we need, there are quite a few alterations. We need someone to actually see the space first before offering a quote.
I want to break out a wall that's underneath my staircase. The wall is load bearing and I thought I could put a steel beam in it's place as support. I also want to enlarge and already existing square arch but I am not sure how much of the wall I can take off. Then I also want to enlarge my the opening that my sliding is in. I want to enlarge it horizontally (not vertically) - again I am not sure how much of the wall I can take off
