What are some of the best n mobile apps for drawing up a house plan or designing a home?
We have recently moved into a modern apartment. Not all of previous furniture,works for the space aesthetically. Kitchen and living room are open plan so a flow and colours that work together would be great. Help required to put together looks and style the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

Hi, I was advised by the council to contact a architect regarding internal alterations in my apartment. I have added a entryway (load bearing wall) to a room which I would like to convert to a lounge, close off my passage way and add a shower, basin and toilet to my lounge area. We have a 7 Year Old Double Story Home on a Farming Estate. Site measure up, council information, precedent images, design, plans, sections, elevations, door schedules, window schedules, electrical layouts, drainage layouts. I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
