I want to extend my existing house. My house right now is about 55sqm and my plot size is around sqm. I would like to extend my home and need architectural plans and for them to be submitted to the council for approval.
Hi , I need a Double story house of sqm space corner house, I would like 2 front doors one on each street and 2 gates - On the ground floor, I would like 1 guest bedroom and guest bathroom as well as a 3 car garage with a entry door between the garage and kitchen. I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.
