Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I would like to add rooms at the back of the house, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. I want to divide the house into rooms as well each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. But I want these to have their separate entrances.
