My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. I also need each room to have small kitchen area, place to sleep, and toilet with shower.
