I am needing rather urgently barbed wire ontop of my wall installed. Prole have jumped over 3 times in 1 week and cut and stolen copper water pipes and wires.
This is for a fence that needs to be installed around a church. I am not sure how long the fence needs to be at all, need someone who can come and take some proper measurements.
