I plan to buy a stand and want to build my own house in Sedgefield. I already have a pre-approved bond with better bond. All the fees will be includ in the bond, request if it is possible that I pay the fees when by bond pays out. I am going to Sedgefield on 10/02/ to 16/02/ and am available if you want to discuss the plan. Sketch plan – it is the one on the spread sheet that reads “My Dream House and Cottage” Workroom – glass and counter – the window don’t have to be to the ground preferably from the counter upwards – it is more the look and ia Bathroom look – I used this bathroom as an ia for my own bathroom – not at big Open Plan – the more open the better – only bathroom have a door and sliding door to second bedroom/work room Veranda/Stoep – like the roof, don’t want a solid roof Sliding doors / Concertina Doors – don’t mind the cheapest will be fine – want to invite the outsi in Cement Floor – like the finish – no tiles, wood – nothing only the cement – the granny flat can have tiles or laminated flooring Kitchen Cupboards – only drawers at the bottom – no cupboards on top – want a big window – the laundry can have a cupboard at the top next to the eyelevel oven House ial look – this is what I like, only an ia, although I don’t think with my plan this is possible – Flat Roof – no pitch roof please Roof – see picture below Closet Room – only shelves without doors and space to hang clothes Closet in second room and cottage – must be to the roof – also very plain Cottage – can only have sky-lights – my unit – I will provi the lightning, same with bath and basin in bathroom Grey Water – bath/shower/kitchen and washing water must go into the garn I don’t want a stand that is cleaned, want the wild feeling of nature Hope to get a stand with a bit of a view am very plain, don’t like fancy finishes. Am not sure about the sqm but I would like a quote for a two bedroom house with kitchen and lounge, one bedroom being en-suite.
