She was professional and tried to assist, but at the end came back and said we have to go ourselves to SARS. Something I thought she should have known beforehand when I requested if the service can be done. So we ended up doing it ourselves.
Just the fact that I assumed that the professional should know these things beforehand and not have wasted our time. She also gave a list of what would be required by SARS, but omitted to say employee contract should be included, which meant we had to go for a second time to SARS
