Dear Sir/Madam I want a steel sliding gate installed across the entrance to a covered stoep. The width of the gap is 5,2m, and the height 3m. In addition to being burglar proof, it needs to be baboon resistant (thus relatively small openings). It is a coastal environment, hence rust proofing is very important. At the moment I do not anticipate automating the gate. Could you please inform me whether you do such custom installations, what the approximate (ball park) cost would be, and what you would recommend to prevent rust of the gate and sliding mechanism? Please also let me know whether you can do the installation in the Overberg area. Thank you.
• the storeroom light works but only at night as its linked to all the other communal lights in the building that only switch on at night ( all linked to a timer which is linked to the main DB , next to the storeroom). So, the storeroom light stays on all night which is a waste. As do all the garage lights as well. • We need to separate the Storeroom light switch from the timer so it can be a standalone switch. • the communal area is the one that needs to go on a daylight switch

Need to connect a 3 wire Franklin Electric borehole pump to a modern switching gear also from Franklin Electric - The insurance guy disconnected the pump from the old box and said the box was faulty, thus got another better box. Thus no indication which wires are connecting where, thus testing of motor to be done. Box is already fixed to the wall and only need the connection to the pump and providing of a CoC for insurance purposes/

I need a carport for my rubber duck but also as a workshop for me… hence the double port. Floor needs to be concrete and I would like the option of enclosing the weather side at some stage. i live in a 2 bedroom apartment. i see i have roaches after not having any. area is the kitchen cupboards and they walk towards the bathroom through a passage .The outside door is facing the passage and i think they have come through the door from outside. They are not too many but i see small ones now sometimes on the counter.so i rather get it done. the kitchen is fairly small with a lot of dark cupboard space. i need the wooden dark areas sprayed and behind my fridge and deep freeze and bathroom area. these are very small areas but its annoying to reach these areas with just regular spray. its old building with small kitchen area and bathroom area. i would like to know how much would it cost to come and spray the area.
Carport is erected been up for many years. Unfortunately the gardener decided to try drive the car after it was parked for him to wash and he crashed the car into the carport on post causing damage to one post and the fibre cement facias. The house belongs to my mother and the insurance has asked her to get quotes to repair.
