I wish for this apartments building to be open space minimalist and each room to have as much natural lighting as possible, and I would like for the interior to have lots of black and the outdoor to have a bit of greenery and a chilling space since I'm targeting all sorts of people from students to employees with this apartments and I'd love for it to cater for everyone
Renovating bathroom. Everything has been removed already, main feed in the wall but new pipes required Toilet stays in the same place, but the pipes need to be slightly adjusted. Shower is moving to where the bath was - pipes from the baths main feed needs to be extended about another 1.5m for the shower. Basin is moving to where the shower was, piping just needs to be extended downwards. I have added 3 photos in the attachment option - I'm not sure if they've uploaded.

The idea of the building is to provide a double-story low-income home that can be rented out for about R-R. I am still unsure of whether I should use wood to complete the second story or also bricks. Motivation is to reduce electricity cost with an acceptable return on our investment Note that one person works from home and needs to run his computer and be on the internet We have a generator plug with change over switch Mains/Generator. This is required to charge batteries during extended grid outages. We have not purchased the generator We use a little under 20KWh a day with about ½ to essentials. There is considerable variation in our electricity consumption from day to day and season to season Requirements:- 1. Inverter 5KVA 48V Hybrid Generator input required Must power essentials plus excess solar power to non-essentials, excluding oven We do not intend feeding power back to the grid 2.
