Retrenchment case where employer owes salaries of Nov ,December ,January ,February .first implemented short time unfairly, thn stil didn't pay me. Then pushed me into a disciplinary victimizing me. When they could not dismiss me, the retrenchment was d next option. Only 4 people retrenched the same 4 that laid a case at CCMA.Employer withholding salaries and now retrenchment package with excuse they do not have funds. Yet d company and staff works as usual. The matter was reported to Saps, investigations proceeded. We have been through the Tutuzela process, of which the doctors have filled out documents J88, indicating sexual abuse is probable. The matter is now at family court in KwaDukuza, where the biological father is seeking visitation rights. Several reports indicate that my daughter was abused by the biological father. However, the NPA did not prosecute.

The house is squares. It is a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment..2 bathrooms...open plan kitchen and lounge... vinyl floors Windows and blinds also musts be cleaned. It has a stoep as well, also to be cleaned. The house has furniture..kitchen cupboards also has groceries that also must be cleaned as well please. Fridge as well also
My Fraud case with the Standard Bank where all my life savings, pension, sale of my home's funds stolen from me. The bank has been declining me with no valid reason and have now told me my case has expired as it's more than 3 years old and they can't help me and say I must go to the law now.
