I’m looking to fix my property due to the damages that were caused by a tenant. Here is the list of areas that need painting: 1. The ceiling needs painting approximately 5x12 meters 2. The bedroom wall that the tenant painted with a different shade. It measures about 3x5 meters. 3. This wall needs to be fixed and painted. It measures about 3x0.5 meters. 4. The wall on the left needs to be repainted it measures about 3x7 metres. 5.
