We have a court decision that she pays me monthly and she says she wants to settle me but when it comes to a crunch she avoids the situation.

Now he has be served High court summons, for him to oppose or sign. So that if he fails to appear, the court would be requested to order the sheriff to sign on his behalf.
I bought an Rdp house for cash(R ) through the agent.the offer to purchase was signed in front of the conveyancer and the seller.the money was deposited into a trust account provided by the conveyancer.the transaction happened in September and during the period of the conveyancer told me they lodged with deeds office and early this I tried to get hold of the conveyancer without success and I decided to check with the deeds and only to find out the conveyancer never submitted the paperwork to a house be registered in my name.I then called one of the partners in the law firm and he actually said I’m not the only person complaining about the service I got from their firm and told me that he was defrauded millions by the property agents and the conveyancer and I happened to be one of the victims and he said that the trust account that was provided does not belong to his firm and that his firm’s name was used to defraud clients.I wanna know how do I need to be assisted,how long it might take and what are chances of getting my money back
the individual in question supposedly resides in Welcom. They have contacted my 79 year old brother who lives in Arkansas USA via facebook. They have convinced my brother they are romantically interesed in hi and have convinced him to fly to South Africa to meet him. I am highly suspiciaus this is some type of fraud. Would like this person investigated to see if they can be linked to a fraud ring.
I bought a second hand car in January I only had it for 4 days nd it broke down the dealers never helped me in anyway but came up to help a month ND few weeks ago...ND they said they will fix the car nd that it's still on their stan but when I got there the car is gone nd they refuse to give me my money back seems like they already sold the car so please I work at the police station I just need a letter of demand so my colleagues can go demand what's mines please

They deny me my docket I was asking for I was told to request it from national office I don't know how.
