Hello, I would like to order daily fresh vegetable meals for my parents, cooked by you — without oil and not overcooked, just perfectly prepared. Along with the vegetables, we would like brown rice or boiled potatoes, alternating each day. This would be a daily delivery for the next several months, starting immediately. I can also send you a video showing exactly how I imagine the vegetables should be prepared. Please let us know: • if you offer this kind of service • the price per portion or per day • how delivery is organized (delivery time, packaging, cooling) • whether you can accommodate special requests like “oil-free, gently steamed vegetables” • how we can handle the menu rotation (rice/potatoes, alternating vegetables) • when you could start If you have any questions, please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for your response — we look forward to your offer. Best regards,

Hi again! 😊 Hope you're doing well. Sorry it took a bit to get back to you — we’ve been pulling together the schedule and some info. Turns out we’ll need catering for more than just one day. There are three events over the wedding weekend I’d love to see if you could help with: 1. Bridal Bash (Friday 27th March ) Thanks again for the breakdown you already shared. If we go ahead, I’m happy to finalise options and portions closer to the time. Budget is around R8, for 60 women — let me know if that sounds reasonable. 2. Beach Picnic (Saturday 28th March ) A bit of an unusal ask, and probably off the menue of offering haha. We’ve arranged cooler-style baskets and would love to explore having your company prepare the contents. We’ll provide the baskets — it would be amazing if you could fill them with: • A sandwich or pita-style item • A selection of fruit • Some snacks • A sweet treat Open to your suggestions too! We’d need 40 baskets, each for 4 people. Happy to chat about quotes if you are able to assist. 3. Wedding Morning Breakfast (Sunday 29th March ) This would be for both the bridal and groom’s houses as we get ready. Thinking platters could work well. We’d need enough food for around 30–35 people (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, makeup artists, etc.).
We are hosting a Cocktail event for our clients. We would like a cocktail menu with finger foods and cocktails served, all on cocktails tables. We would like a mobile bar which will offer cocktails and full service alohol/bar. We would like to hire a red carpet for the guest's entrance. A bit of decor for the tables and venue would be appreciated. It is an evening event that starts at 18h00 - 19h00. Event will be hosted at our offices in Mossel Bay.
Hi, We are presenting a Master Class in Potchefstroom on the 8th of December and would like to provide the following to the attendees: - Mid-morning snack - Lunch - Coffee & Water station - Champagne glasses (we have a sponsor for arrival mimosas) Could you please provide meal options and a quote. Warmest regards, Margo
I really need someone who can provide food but also help with cleanup. At my sisters wedding, my mother had to clean dishes all night! So, that is the biggest thing for me. The venue I want to use will have tables and chairs and a kitchen. I was thinking that we could have a mix of finger foods and dinner meals. I will ask my friends to provide dessert so there's no need for that. Catering that provides coffee and tea would also be helpful.
Breakfast and Lunch on the 9th of December and 10th December for 30 people. Breakfast: Muffins and sandwiches, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Fresh Milk from 8am. Lunch: 12 Midday Rice, Dumplings, meat: grilled chicken, grilled hake, beef, vegetables 2 types, spinach, butternut and Greek salad and 30 soft drinks.
