I am considering purchasing land that is sqm. I would like to know how much it would cost for a 4 bedroom, open lounge, 2 toilets (one guest, one at the main bedroom. Possibly a double storey I’m Not sure about the dimensions of the rooms, but if the main can be big enough to fit a walk in closet, shower/toilet and still have sufficient space for our bed and a couch The other three bedrooms can all me the same sizes I don’t have house plans yet as I am trying to get a rough estimate

I want to build 5 decent size classrooms plus one office space, we also going to have toilets for our learners and separate toilet for out teachers, tutors and mentors. These classes should be able to fit in 30 classes each comfortably, we also need two office space, one for the Executive Director, one for the teachers, tutors and mentors and then conference room plus reception area.
