1. Wooden support beam for roof on stoep is rotten, need to be replaced. (See attached foto). 2. 2xleaking toilets to be fixed 3. Tap connector to wall for washing machine is leaking, need to be replaced/fixed 4. Counter by wash basin in kitchen needs to replaced/fixed. The garage back door is rotten. The threshold of the door is rotten. The gate in front of the door is locked and has no key. Task to be done: 1. Grind off the padlock on the gate 2. Remove the rotten door and threshold. Fit a new solid wooden door, Fit new lock and handles. 3. Varnish door, frame and threshold 2 coats
We have a 3 bedroom house to move. Dining table 8 seeter, 3 x 2 seater lounge suit, 1 recliner chair, fridge, washjng machine, dishwasher etc. We just sold our house today and transfer should take place in January .
