I need sanding, painting, electrical done in the garage. I need a floating shelf put in and potentially dry wall to hide pipes. In the outside bathroom, we need to add a basin and potentially new toilet cistern (base is fine). I need tiling done on the floor too as well as the door fixed and lockable, walls painted and poly filled.

Me and my husband worked for my son unlaw. He chased us away on thursday 16/10/25 and told us to get out of his jaard and house. So we left. We are staying in a house that he rented for us but we payed it everymonth. No he tells us to get out of rhe house with in 10days and we dont have any place to go to until end of November. He sweard us badly.
I need a assistance with a despute between my mother and her complex. During Covid Lockdown her then tenant lost her job and my mother was not allowed to evict her. This situation lasted for about a year. Resulting in defaulting of levy payments to the body corporate. Since then my mother has attempted to make payment arrangements but to no avail. They have submitted a case in court and my mother is to respond. We are in search of a lawyer to read the court papers and advise on an appropriate response. ABSA wants to evict me from my home. According to them we are in arrears. We logged a complaint with the ombudsman, still waiting for the outcome, ABSA does not respond to requests for statements, or letters or any other information about the situation. No documentation received to say we are in arrears. The bond period expires August . I am waiting for an inheritance as I lost my brother and am the only beneficiary in his estate, but not Hammond and Pole nor ABSA are interested in me.
