Leak showing signs on the ceiling in flat below due to water seeping through balcony.
I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.
It is a 4 bedroom house. Not all of the rooms need to be waterproofed but the ones that do, need to be waterproofed inside and outside.
