I need to have a new kitchen installed. The kitchen has been stripped bare so there is a blank canvas. I have already had the plumbing and electrical points done and I have decided where I want the different appliances to go. All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.
I am looking for someone who can remodel the house. A new roof needs to be installed with tiles. Ceiling and tiling of the whole house. Removing the bath in the bathroom and making it a walk in shower. Plastering of the house outside and putting in face brick. The front of the house will be cladding stone. Leveling of the house to be even before tiling.
- Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)
It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.
Bathroom Renovation: Remove old bath sink and install a new one same type with new taps, install floor tiles and wall tiles, install hand washing basin with new taps and repaint the whole bathroom. Kitchen Renovation: Remove wooden floor and install new tiles, replace 4 existing wooden cupboards mounted on the wall and 5 replace existing lower cupboards. repaint the whole kitchen, install wall kitchen tiles.
I need to convert my garage to a bedroom. Just need a ceiling put in and drywall to block garage door from thee inside. No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays. Noise reduction when it rains as the garage is a metal roof and is very noisy when it rains. Thanks
Hi there I am assisting Ricardo Graham to secure assistance with a small renovation job for his mom’s flat in Mossel Bay. We are based in Joburg but Ricardo plans to travel to Mossel Bay to oversee the renovations. I have a very rough sketch and some photographs to assist with giving you an idea of what work needs to be done. We need a shower to be installed, some cupboards to be removed & re-installed. A built in braai needs to be removed. A small needs to be built (half brick, half glass) and we need a breakfast nook installed. I just need a quote to lift tiles and replace them again.I believe some are lifting.Its a flat I'm renting out in Toti.Its a studio flat.Also I'm so disappointed that it's a new block of flats and the tiles are lifting so soon.If you could give me a quote just to repair the lifting tiles for me.It would be great.I unfortunately are living in Shelly Beach and I cannot get there to see the damages.But my agent will be around to assist you.
