My son has a rape case that happened in he was 17 years when this happened but im not happy with the way the case was handled most of the times the complaint was not attending court dates and the witnesses where never called in,only the ex boyfriend of the complainant the one who brutally attacked my son he lost his eye floor he could not see for months he had to dropout of school he was doing grade 11,and we still live in fear we have been threatened by the ex boyfriend family my son is hardly living a good life this year he had enxiaty.the complainant has been married now she moved to cape town,I really need help my child is the bread winner he is supporting his 3 siblings by fixing people's cars so that he can school pay their fees.please help me
Has my son who applied for a Permanent Residence Permit and was declined end of October for the reason that Home Affairs suspected my PR as based on a marriage with a South African citizen was a marriage of convince. Approached a lawyer who prepared a Motion Notice and filed it with the Pretoria High Court appealing the PR decline outcome early November . The lawyer has not moved to submit Founding Affidavits and is stalling the process, hence want to change the lawyer and get another to take over the PR appeal case forward to Founding Affidavits and beyond as an PR appeal.

My rights was violated by FNB a employee of FNB wrote to their legal department that my wife an I need a wills and consent that is untrue as I ghave s feeling my son is the main person of interest here I have all the evidence however FNB refuse to acknowledge be I have reason to believe they are protecting someone. Are you on the FNB panel and or do you do work for fnbpleess advise if not when can I get a consultation

We require the supply and installation of a reception-controlled access system for our main entrance in Witbank. The system must allow the receptionist to: Communicate with visitors at the entrance (preferably via both audio and video). View the visitor on a screen (if video-enabled). Remotely unlock the door/gate via a door release button on their desk. The system must include: A visitor station (intercom unit with call button) mounted at the entrance. A reception desk unit (with handset/speaker and optional screen for video). A compatible electric strike or magnetic lock to unlock the door/gate. All necessary cabling, power supplies, and installation.
First problem: The sandfilter was recently replaced, but the backwash/waste line was not fitted, so all dirt will remain inside filter. Remarbelite was also done, and pool was made smaller. Second problem: Water was filled from tap and was greenish tint in colour, could be mixing with metal dust particles from new marbelite coating - Metal remover was added yesterday, but not available to continue attending to the pool today, going to another province for work reasons, but tenants there can open the gate for access. Third problem, new light installed, it’s flickering, I want it to remain on, must not flicker. The company who has made the above changes, and some other mistakes are now running away, so need to continue without them…main concern is fitting the backwash line though.
