Carpets need to be removed and the parquet flooring underneath needs to be cleaned/sanded and sealed with Bourne Gleem. All rubble to be removed afterwards.

Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes!
