I'm currently working for a private security company,My problem is my manager he's no longer allocating me shifts and whenever I try talking to him he ignored me after he learnt that I was exploring joining a trade union right now I'm just hanging around at home without work hoping that maybe sometimes he can talk to me
I have been singled out for retrenchment in my department as I am being told that my position has been made redundant. I have been asked to choose when I can be retrenched, 6 months from now and in those 6 months look for a job or now. I was issued with a warrant for verbal abuse last year....which almost landed me in Westville prison for the contravention of a protection order....I've suffered for 6 months out of my the house we agreed on together in it's purchase state....on the 3rd of January this year I appeared in front of a judge who endorsed this order for a physical act I committed 17 year's ago.....I smacked her across her face and her eyes swelled and her lips bust....she deliberately provoked me to a state I responded in a vulgar manner and then slapped her across her face....for saying humiliating stuff like I'm useless, not a good father...etc. exchanging vulgar speeches....so in a nutshell....she has a protection order against me.....she dropped the contravention order that was issued and she agreed to an uncontested divorce....I'm back at home since and she's become ever so rebellious and blaming me for literally everything she fails to comply with in a marriage....she constantly uses this protection order against me and refuses to stand up to the divorce....now when I mention the proposed way forward she unleashes tantrums and openly condemns me...saying stuff like....oh this is my money and when I'm finished you'll get nothing and end up on the street.....please assist me...I feel that I'm fighting a losing battle...

I am a mom to a 4 year old boy. His father and I have separated and has been a year now. I fell out love with him, it happened over some time. When I came clean with him about my decision, he became physical, abusive, and he would mistreat me Infront of our son. I took a decision that I should leave and couldn't live in the same place with him. I moved out of our old apartment with my son. I believed that it was an important decision to make because I was no longer feeling safe with him, and I wanted to protect my son from his own father. At least he left me to leave and move to a different apartment in Pretoria North. We arranged for him to visit his son whenever he wanted to see him, and sometimes he would take him for sleepovers, well it didn't sit well with me but he is the father after all and he should be given a opportunity to spend some time with his son. Despite all that has happened between us. Last year he came to my apartment, to fetch his son without letting me know, and I couldn't respond to his calls. I only managed to respond to him few minutes later, and that's when he got into the apartment to attack me, my son was there crying and tried to stop him. I then received an offer to go work overseas, Canada. I wanted to live with my son, it is a good opportunity for both me and my son. I asked his father for permission to leave with my son for Canada, it was a struggle, but he finally agreed. My son and I are currently living in Canada, since February this year . His father wants me to bring my son home to South Africa for school holidays, but I am unable to and it's becoming a problem. Please advise
I was injured at work in I had key wires in my right hand even now my hand is not fully functioning they paid me my Dr said that money was too small I need to apply and go back to court I did that they said they will call me for another appointment I found another lawyer we went for hearing they said we must come after a week since then I'm still waiting
