Need fascia boards to be fixed
The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)

Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. 1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.
