Heritage House that needs to be repainted the roof , kitchen to be done at commercial level it about 12 sqm , the floors a wooden deck like floors most needs to be repainted and about 20 sqm needs to be replaced. Verandas of about 80 sqm needs stoep resurfacing. Tiling of another sqm indoors including 3 bathrooms . About 45sqm of roof rafters and zincalum to be replaced and painted green. About sqm of painting. The project will be government funded and from experience it takes about 7 days for invoices to be paid

Remove 3x glass bricks from wall & fill open space with cement. Smooth out step with cement. Replace 2x wooden windows with aluminium cottage style windows & remove windowsills. Remove wooden window & windowsill & brick up. Replace 2x outside doors. Fill all visible cracks.
