I need two automated roll up garage doors installed. Both existing doors will need to be removed. One is a tip up door with counterweights, the other a manual roll up door. We would like to have a boundary wall built. Facebrick foundation rows with galvanized panels between brick pillars. Two motorized gates: 1 single existing plus 1 double to be supplied with both motors to be supplied. Ideally we would like to reuse the bricks we have in other walls & braai that are to be removed.
We have more than 10 houses in one yard where orphaned children live. Some of the houses are heavuly damaged due to the rocky foundation and some need repairs. The health inspection recommended evacuation of the children. We want to repair the ones not heavuly damaged so the centre cannot be shutdown
Image attached: 1. Front door with padlock and glass panel above. I would like to replace the timber door and possibly the doorframe (if possible). And I would prefer the clear glass panel to be replaced with a solid panel to match the finish of the timber, inside and outside. Ideally all to be painted a medium sheen-black on the exterior and a neutral colour paint finish inside. There would need to be provision for a Yale handlock and a knocker/with knob on the exterior. Please suggest a design with raise and fielded panels - I am also open to the idea of a stable door.
Renovation of bathroom and kitchen. Remove bath tub to make space for walk in shower. New wash basin new toilet. New wall tiles. New floor tiles. Paint ceiling white. Fit new modern taps for basin and shower. Kitchen: Remove all wall and floor tiles and replace with new tiles. Bedroom: Repair 1x Aluminum bedroom window frame. Window does not seal when shut.
