I need someone to come out and help with small cockroaches that I see in my kitchen area. I clean constantly and use spray but nothing works. Need someone who will also be able to help my sister in Blackstone as who has a plague throughout her home. My kitchen is a small one in a complex and my sister's place is approx. 48sqm.
We have a cottage on our property that was once a garage. It has a bit of a strange design currently and we are looking to improve it. We want to make a bedroom by dividing the bathroom (which is currently huge) and also put a door and window at the back of the cottage to lead outside into a courtyard/deck garden. The new bedroom and new bathroom would also need windows put in. The current style is cottage windows and we would like to keep this style (but need to factor in security). The outside area is currently a wood store, so we need to build the deck and pergola and create a nice outside area. Drainage would need to be put in to ensure water doesn't collect from the mountainside. We would like our kitchen improved significantly. We would also like our bathroom redesigned and improved. We have a limited budget. There is a security concern from the back of the cottage (which we think is why there haven't been doors or windows inserted before) and we need to fence off the back area and screen it off from the mountain so that people can't see into the property, so we are also looking to put screening up (probably latte fencing). There is an existing gate that leads to the mountain, which is currently a security concern, but we would like to keep this if possible, but make it more secure. We would love to hear from builders about ways to approach this project - quoting on the full job, and also advising, if necessary, on a phased process, if we do not have all of the necessary capital immediately. We would be looking to start the project in May. We hope to have the project finished by September . I don't think we need building plans as we aren't changing the shape of the shell of the building.

Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames. Lots of cracked walls throughout the property. Needs filling and every room in the unit to be re-painted. It is a two-bedroomed home with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen top, shelves, cupboard doors and kick plates to be repaired/replaced. Hob needs replacing. Tiles to be grouted again. Garage full of cracks. Needs to be filled. Security door to patio's lock needs to be replaced.
