We paid the contractor his deposit, then he informed us that he had forgotten to add the screen, after I had asked him countless times if the quotation was conclusive. After that he started coming up with excuses. We then cancelled the job and he promised to refund and still nothing. We are going into the 3rd week. We are now pursuing legal action on him
