My bathtub pop up came out now using a normal plug, secondly a hairpin got stuck in the sink and now the pop up plug won't come back up, thirdly my toilet after filling up the water continues to drip into the toilet, but now it is much more than dripping, I tried closing the water supply to the toilet, but even fully closed it keeps on running. It's a small bathroom in a 1 1/2 bed flat, it needs a makeover. The washbasin is next to the shower, the toilet by the door, I want the toilet next to the shower and the washbasin by the door. Then I think the shower, toilet and washbasin need an upgrade and the bathroom to look like a fairly good hotel one.

Kitchen: I would like a quote for remodelling the kitchen in the house we have just purchased. I would like to remove all existing cabinets and install modern farm style green cabinets, with a wooden work top. We would want cabinets only on the bottom half and open shelving on the top, as it has a pantry and we would not need cabinets above. I would also like a matching island, preferably with a Butler's sink and space for 3 bar stools. We would also want to replace the existing sinks with butler's sinks.
