I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. Toilet repair: Cistern was leaking; daughter and gardener dismantled the parts in an attempt to repair the leak but couldn't reassemble the parts. I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
