I have attached the photo from Pinterest, I need a something like this, it's a 3 bedroom house for my grandmother back at home in rural areas so no Municipality consent needed, no survey needed just a house plan. It must have a huge veranda like in the drawing not in the picture. The garage must be single, no ensuite in the master bedroom just one bathroom for the whole house.

Good day, I would like to request a quote for someone to draw and submit new plans for my property. I would like to build a small external building on the property as well as build the Hollywood style garage closed on all sides with a large single door the width of 2 garage doors. The big issue is both projects will be built on the buildline, so I would like to get approval for the plans first before starting to build. The garage I would like to be full brick, and the external room I would like to build either with bricks or with cement boards. Could I please get a quite for how much it would cost for the plans to be drawn and submitted?
