I have a small kitchen. One wall is about 1,9m the other is 3,1m, the widest wall across has a window and is 2,1m and the opposite wall to that is about 1,8m. The aim is to do a galley and maximise storage. I have the original kitchen cabinets in my garage and I’d like them restored and incorporated into the new kitchen. I have a pretty clear idea of what I need however there are some things I’ll need help to figure out.
I have bought a Victorian house in Rondebosch . It has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area/lounge. It needs:exterior and interior painted white Front wall needs to be built higher, double glazing in front 2 bedroom sash windows. It needs both bathrooms retired in white tiles and new toilets fitted. One shower needs to be removed and replaced with a slipper bath. The kitchen cupboards need new doors applied and painted and a new marble/cheaper table top added. A small central island needs to be built. The main bedroom needs a high rectangular clear glass window created and new normal window fitted
We need to add 3 upstairs rooms, above a lounge and single garage, and renovate 2 bedrooms into a kitchen. We also need 3 existing windows changed to aluminum from our own provider. Flooring through-out should be concrete screed sealed floors. Sanitaryware will be provided too. Half the "New Work" on the plan has already been completed.

Replace flat roof with pitched roof, concrete tiles, L-shape layout; supply all materials and labour. Use site-built trusses (mm centres), underlay, battens, valley flashings, ridge tiles. Include removal of old roof, transportation of materials, timeline, payment terms. Quote materials + labour separately.
We want to demolish the current wooden house and build a 3 or 4 bedroom brick house. The current house is very old. We want to build a house that is totally off the grid. Therefore. Solar panels and water tanks. There are already water thanks at the current property. The property is a double property on the beach side.
We have land in the rural eastern cape, in a small town called Herschel. We want to build a retirement home for my mother who will be relocating from CPT. The idea is to have a 4/5 bedroom house that will cater for her children and grand children. A double garage and detached patio are part of the requirements.

A continuation of a build 3 bedroom house and an addition of a garage with a back room. A boundary wall would be great as well. House currently has a loung, kitchen , 1x bedroom and a seperate toilet and bathroom. There are also 2x flats with a toilet on car end of yard. The house has an existing plans ( 3 bedroom & 2 flatlets) approved by the Buffalo City Municipality ( my gran made sure). I am currently in the process of trying to get the copies as we don’t have them to share. Would be great to start this process with estimated costs.
