I'm not happy with the service they gave me, they came in for a leak in my geyser which they tried to fix but the geyser was still leaking afterwards and then they said I had to replace it so I bought a new geyser and I'm not happy with their installation of the new geyser as they messed everything up

While we attempted to address the issue initially to save you costs, unfortunately, the problem persisted, mandating a new geyser. Regarding the installation of the new geyser, we regret any dissatisfaction caused. We provided a grace period for any rectifications post-installation, but we didn't receive any response from you.
