How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
This is for a school. Double storey Ground floor(3 meters height): change rooms with toilets(must be divided in 2 - girls and boys), tuch shop and store room. 30mx16m Its for school. Top floor: Conference centre, small kitchen and ;ladies toilet. Must include a Pavilion build with bricks(30mx6m) plus a Library.

I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style. I also need a study and a spacious balcony overlooking the N14 highway.
Just need a small cabinet that includes 1 bedroom, 1 dining, small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
